Priming

Conductive and nonconductive 2K primer is applied using the best and most efficient electrostatic equipment.  Vitatoe Industries, Inc. works with chemists to assure the best preparation, application procedures, and appropriate products are utilized for each customer product.

Painting

Class A finishes are obtained using our Large Object Indexed Downdraft Paint Line.  Items up to 11 feet in width and height can easily be accommodated.  We specialize in DuPont Imron Elite using electrostatic application equipment.  Other products available upon request.  Vitatoe Industries is also well experienced in DuPont Velvashield "soft touch" paint.  Painted products are cured in carefully monitored curing ovens as part of our normal process.  We are experienced in painting fiberglass, SMC, Metton, ABS, Polypropylene, aluminum, and steel components and assemblies.

Assembly

Assembly services are available in compliance to the customer's specifications and instructions.  We currently assemble HD Class 8 truck interior and exterior components.  Exhaust, cooling and engine induction components are also assembled and prepared for delivery in Just In Time / Just In Sequence order.

Fabrication

Most fixtures and racks for priming and painting can be completed in our own fabrication area to accommodate the customer's requests and to speed initial production.

Woodworking Assembly

Vitatoe Industries maintains a complete wood crating and fabrication shop to properly package and ship completed products.

Kitting

Subassemblies are recieved and final assembly completed and packaged for further delivery on a Just In Time / Just In Sequence basis.  Current Projects include HD Class 8 Truck exhaust pipe and fittings, cooling systems components, and air intake components.

Just In Time Delivery

Several current projects are scheduled and completed on a precise JIT/JIS basis.  In Many cases, Vitatoe Industries has designed specialized containers and trailers to reduce the customer's need of material handlers and dock facilities.

Aftermarket Accessories

Vitatoe Industries is also a Distributor of Bendix Infrared Night Vision cameras and vision systems allowing drivers to see farther and increase night driving safety.  Emphasis is on HD Class 8 applications but components can easily be adapted to numerous land, water, and air vehicles.
